El Charro ( Dining / Mexican ). Located at 2109 9th Street. Several members of the Chagolla family gathered together old family recipes and began the El Charro Restaurant. With many a prayer and tons of hard work, the restaurant took off. They had almost instant success and within a short period of time realized the need to knock down the tiny hamburger stand and build a new building with a lot more tables and room. This is the building that still stands today nearly four decades later.
