Ink Eats & Drinks ( Dining / American ). Located at 2730 North Street. Ink opened in May of 2003 with a hip, funky, atmosphere and late night hours — something very new to Sacramento at that time. We quickly became a hit with Sacramentans and our peers because of our approachable yet inspired menu, great prices and down-to-earth, attentive service. We were the first to bring Sliders to Sac and others have eagerly imitated, endorsing the old saying "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery." Pheasant Club ( Dining / Italian ). Located at 2525 Jefferson Boulevard (Ahn 53), West Sacramento, 2 miles from the center of Sacramento. Originally named the Hideaway Cafe, the Club Pheasant has been operating for more than 85 years.  Many of the original recipes are still served. Customers have asked about the history of our restaurant. Luisa and George Palamidessi purchased the building and the surrounding land, that George farmed in 1935.
