Rosie's Cafe Downtown Tahoe ( Dining / Family ). Located at 571 North Lake Boulevard, Tahoe City, 3 miles from the center of Dollar Point. Walking into Rosie’s Café in the heart of Tahoe City is like taking a step back in time. Each of the antique and vintage pieces, as well as the building each tells a story about Tahoe’s past.
