The location is excellent for "central Yuma". Clean, comfortable, and friendly. I'm staying there again!
Positives: The room was very comfortable and clean.
Negatives: The breakfast offered left much to be desired.

Thread-bare towels and the room reeked of smoke. I would never stay at this hotel again.
