The room was OK. No frills, I thought I was getting a 2 queen but got a king with handicap/dog and had to pay for the upgrade and they told me they make no guarantees. Wow! I am glad that I did not have a weeks reservation or more.

Positives: Safe.

Negatives: Wrong room.

This was a nicer place than I expected for the star and price range. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was pleasant. They had a nice breakfast in the morning, which was an unexpected plus. This was a good stay in a clean room.

Positives: Clean and friendly. Nicer hotel than I expected for the price.

Negatives: No elevator for second floor.

I will stay here if I visit once again.

Positives: Very clean and comfort. Great breakfast.

Negatives: There was only one staff in the morning. So I had to wait little longer to meet the staff.

Best things: Location is fairly close to Grand Canyon, room was clean and quiet. Worst things: No elevator in building, the TV's were very old, we asked the person who cleaned our room every day to leave the air on just a little because it got so hot in the room on the second floor and she never left it on even once for us, the area for the breakfast was too small for more than a couple of people at any one time. One of the ladies who cleans the rooms yelled at us for getting too much ice (2 little ice buckets at one time). Our beds were rock hard (literally).

Positives: Location, clean, complimentary breakfast was good.

Negatives: No elevator, old TV's, beds were very hard.

We passed 2 pleasant nights in this hotel. Nice surrounding and agreable atmosphere inside. This hotel offers you the upper class quality which you expect to receive when staying at a Best Western hotel in Europe (we are from Belgium).

Positives: Nice building located in quiet, green area, Good quality breakfast buffet in well furnished restaurant. Live entertainment at diner.

Negatives: Swimming pool should be cleaned in the morning before people come in.The water did not look fresh and clear .

Hotel was nice, especially for a Best Western. Stayed here after visiting the Grand Canyon. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Positives: Better than your average 2 1/2 star hotel.

Negatives: Original room smelled funny, relocated to another without problem.

This is a really great Best Western. Not an upscale hotel, sure, but everything you'd expect - clean rooms, great continental breakfast (you can make your own waffles!), helpful staff. It's a little far from the Grand Canyon, but Williams is actually an interesting little town on Route 66.

Positives: Great value for the star level it is - what you'd expect for a very nice Best Western.

Negatives: It's a little far from the Grand Canyon - about an hour.
