Had 3 rooms for 3 families to ride the Polar Express in Williams, AZ 15 min drive away. Get the ground floor if with kids, so they can play in the huge yard outside the room. Lobby staff very accommodating. We brought pie from a restaurant and desk person, set out plates, coffee and so on so all of us could enjoy by the warm fire place. Rooms were large. Pillows were not comfortable.
Positives: Large rooms, plenty of play area for children, cozy lobby with fireplace, hot chocolate & coffee.
Negatives: My particular room had a small heater and it was snowing outside. We needed more blankets.

This was my first time using priceline and I was not very comfortable not specifically choosing particular hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. It was better than I expected.
Positives: Warmth of first greeting, comfort of room.
Negatives: Restaurant not set up to handle the number of guests staying that nite, had to go out to another place in bad weather.

No surprise at its price. It's clean and comfortable. The breakfast is $3 for each person and there are not many food to eat.
Positives: Clean, comfortable.
Negatives: No free breakfast.

The hotel is clean, friendly staff, rooms that look and feel like a spa and spacious. The restaurant has great food with big portions for a great price!!
Positives: The room was in excellent condition and the beds were the most comfortable.
Negatives: It was too far from the Grand Canyon.

The Hotel was not as nice as it looked on line, the price was way too high for the location and feel of the the hotel. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. The Continental Breakfast was a joke.
Positives: The beds were so comfortable, I felt fast asleep and I
Negatives: Kinda of out of the way, not really worth the price.

Positives: The horse stables.
Negatives: Size of pool.

For the big bucks, it was a big disappointment. It was dirty, mildew in the shower, smelled mildewed in the bathroom, dirty handprints on sliding door. The bed wrecked my back and was not a regular size queen, but more like a double. It was definitely a volume hotel, banking on it's location close to the Grand Canyon. Very much in need of some updates.
Positives: Separate bedrooms and sitting area.
Negatives: Very uncomfortable bed, dirty, smelled of mildew in bathroom.

Overall good hotel and would stay there again.
Positives: Location, guide in lobby to help with grand canyon options.
Negatives: Continental breakfast should last longer.

Sweet place, great staff, fair restaurant, out of the way on acreage, yet a fun spot to, home base, for a few days of sight seeing.
Positives: Nice spot, out of the way. Rental horses on premises. Great staff.
Negatives: Jacuzzi/pool was not open upon arrival.

This is a great place to staff and it is close to the South Entrance of the Grand Canyon. I like everything except the restaurant.
Positives: The rooms were clean and the staff was nice.
Negatives: The restaurant food was not very good.

The hotel was very nice and the staff helpful. The owners do not understand the importance of computer connectivity. Only the main area has wireless connection and the DSL connection provided was short. I am not a teen who wants to sprawl on the bed and text message my girlfriend. I need a computer connection on or near a desk.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: No wireless computer connectivity.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel restaurant to anyone.
Positives: I was impressed with the fountain in the lobby.
Negatives: The hotel restaurant closed early like an hour early and served to be inconvenient.

Ok hotel, the restaurant was poor as far as accommodation goes for early morning hikers. They would not even give us a piece of fruit before seven. Being a tourist place, they should have allowed for us to nibble on something before leaving the hotel at 6.30 am. Not even a piece of bread.
Positives: The gift shop was nice.
Negatives: For the grand canyon they could have made some accommodation for early morning hikers, since the restaurant was open y not allow us in for a bite to nib.

The hotel looked welcoming when we arrived, and that was the only good thing about it. The hotel room was very dated and smelled old (stale). When we made reservations we asked for a king bed and were told they didnt have any, so two queens were our best choice. Well there was nothing queen about those beds. Not only were they small you could also feel the springs in the mattress. The blankets were thin, old and worn just like the towels. This was by far the worst night Ive ever spent at a hotel. I tried getting sleep but with spring digging into my back and an AC that rattled all night it was impossible. If you're ever driving through Williams and want to stay at a nice hotel, just keep driving past the Quality Inn mountain Ranch Inn.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Beds were small, old and you could feel the spring digging into your back. AC rattled all night.

The hotel is reasonably convenient to the grand canyon with nice rooms, a high-speed internet connection, and a decent dining facility. Parking is relatively limited, so you might have a hard time getting in to the lot later at night. The directions from as 64 to the hotel were vague, however, and when we called to clarify the directions, the staff member we spoke with was rude and scolding, suggesting that we had taken "the long way around." the hotel website, in other words, recommended that we take the "long way" in the dead of night and was almost completely uncooperative in remedying their poor directions. Aside from the rudeness of the staff, however, this is a recommended stay.
Positives: The bed was very, very comfortable.
Negatives: The staff was rude.

The quality inn near the south rim entrance of the grand canyon is very convenient for going in and out of the park. It has a lovely common area in the main building with a restaurant, gift shop, atrium, and indoor spa. The Imax theatre being nearby is also a plus.
Positives: The hotel is the closest to the national park entrance. The Imax theatre is very close. The atrium and common building is nice.
Negatives: Upper level rooms only have outdoor entrances and cannot access common building without going outside.

Once again the room was satisfactory, met our expectations. But restaurant did not.
Positives: The room was nice and so was the rest of the hotel.
Negatives: The restaurant was much too expensive, the food was not very tasty, and the service was poor.

Its too far from grand canyon if u want to explore the canyon for a few days staying in this particular hotel. The commute is long. The hotel is pretty and clean. But there is no room service, not a person available to supply sugar and creamer to the rooms in the morning. There is strong horse dung smell in the corridors and the back entrance.
Positives: Scenic location.
Negatives: Horse dung smell.

The room was spacious enough but some of the fixtures did not work and it took 1o minutes to get the hot water to the room for a shower in the morning. Staff was friendly enough and the gift shop was nicely displayed.
Positives: The approach to the hotel was welcoming.
Negatives: The reading lights did not work; the TV. remote was faulty.
