The facility had a wonderful, large infinity pool. It had two fire pits with comfortable lounge chairs around them. It had very comfortable beds.
Positives: Large infinty swimming pool. Very comfortable beds.
Negatives: Additional $15 per day charge was added on that I was not warned or informed about.

Most of the hotel met our expectations. The hotel, spa, pool and restaurant and shops were all very nice, and the staff also. The casita rooms were not up-dated and had old wallpaper and bathrooms. They were clean and the bed was newer. The staff offered to move us to the remodeled rooms for<BR/>more dollars a night. We were only there for a wedding and it did not make sense to move. However, if staying longer would have.
Positives: The amenities and location.
Negatives: The room was not up-dated.

This hotel is a beautiful golf resort which is well maintained and offers large suites with good amenities. It is off the beaten path so you need a car to get around. Guests who do not take advantage of the golf and spa will be paying, (both directly and indirectly) for these amenities so it only makes sense to stay at this resort if you intend to stay on site and enjoy these activities. Not a great location for families as there is not much for children to do other than enjoy the pool.
Positives: Beautiful surroundings, well-maintained suites with most of the desired amenities.
Negatives: No WiFi in suite, wine cooler in room was useless for cooling food as it generated more heat than cool - had to ask for mini fridge.

Beautiful property for relaxing and playing. Quiet, calm facility with amenities to please anyone.
Positives: Room was secluded and quiet; property was beautiful and well-maintained.
Negatives: No fridge in room.

Tucson National was a very quiet resort in a beautiful location.
Positives: Room size was huge, beds were very comfortable and the resort was very quiet.
Negatives: The complementary robes were very worn and should not have been used in a resort of this caliber.

I would not rate this as a resort as it lacks services. I am used to having a more staffed pool area in resorts. It seems as though you rented an apartment and not a hotel with the services you need.
Positives: The people at the front desk were very friendly.
Negatives: It is very difficult to locate room. Pool was poorly equipped.

It was a great relaxing stay and the staff was very friendly. It's an excellent place to just get away and have a great time.
Positives: Very secluded and relaxing.
Negatives: Half the resort was out of date.

My family and I dodged the blizzard in Colorado and were able to spend a relaxing time in the sun at a very comfortable resort. The staff at the resort were really nice people which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Positives: Employees were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
Negatives: the tennis courts are in need of repair, but the tennis pro was great.

The hotel room was very large and nice, The staff not only helpful and friendly, but efficient. We did not use the golf course or fitness as we were in Tucson for a wedding and time at the resort was limited, but the grounds were wonderful and I look forward to our next visit.
Positives: Perfect level of staff and facilities.
Negatives: Overpriced breakfast. Large coffee is $8, standard breakfast $14, total with tax/tip over $50.

The hotel offered outstanding amenities in a beautiful setting. All staff was friendly (including greeting guests by name) and seemed committed to helping guests feel welcome.
Positives: Friendliness of staff.
Negatives: Bathroom basins were cracked but this did not create any problems.

Lovely place to stay in Tucson! The rooms are nice, big and extremely comfortable. Hotel is close to shopping and easily accessible to I-10. We have stayed here two times - once during construction. The construction changes the "feel" of the resort but does not deminish the value and enjoyment. We were not distrurbed by the construction, only noticed it.
Positives: cleanliness and size of the rooms - Super quiet!
Negatives: ongoing construction & TV in room was outdated

Loved the infinity pool & hot tub that changed colors at night and the five roaring torchieres nearby - could be tops in Tucson (over Ventana, Paloma & Starr.) Room was huge with a walk-in closet - don't see many of those. Bed / linens wasn't the best ever, but all and all a great place.
Positives: Pool area, hot tub & gas fireplaces/torchieres rocked!
Negatives: Location is a bit out there.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Very comfortable bed. The on-grounds spa was a big hit with my wife. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There were available restaurants so we never had to leave the resort. The only negative was a $12 facility fee they added on which made the place seem a little cheap.
Positives: Beautiful place.
Negatives: $12 Facility fee added on.

Perfect place for a group to meet & enjoy the pool, bar & grounds. Thanks
Positives: Beautiful
Negatives: Loved the pool & bar. Had dinner by the pool & it was so beautiful

Great experience. Can't wait to stay there again. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The facilities were very nice and the entire atmosphere was comfortable. If the price for the breakfast was a little more reasonable, the place would be perfect.
Positives: Everyone was so nice. Staff went out of their way.
Negatives: Breakfast way overpriced at $20 for buffet.

Beautiful and really comfortable fantastic room, just needs some updating. Overall we loved it, but we had trouble on our second night with very noisy guests in the outdoor areas and rooms above us. Security spoke to the people twice after midnight trying to get them to behave, it was impossible to sleep due to the noise.
Positives: Really big room!
Negatives: Needs updating, bed linens tattered need replaced.

There was a youth baseball team staying at the resort while we were there. That was in itself no problem except that the hotel staff allowed the kids to scream and be loud at the pool until 11:30 pm at night. Our room was next to the pool and we could get no sleep until then. For some reason the music outside starts up before 5 am every morning. This is a nuisance because other than that, it is a very quiet place and the music is just not necessary at this time of the morning. The farther away from the pool area you can get a room - the better off you will be when staying here.
Positives: Hotel restaurant food is good.
Negatives: The unnecessary noise.

Very nice place to stay.
Positives: Internet was provided for free.
Negatives: Didn't know about the $12 daily fee for the gym.
