Hotel was nicely furnished. Staff were friendly and helpful. Did not see any information on places to visit & the ice machine was out during my entire stay. My free newspaper was only delivered once.

Positives: Staff was friendly & helpful. Did not use any common spaces as they were hard to find from my room.

Negatives: Instead of a mountain view I had a view of an inner courtyard. Assumed the hotel was full found out at checkout it was not.

The gentleman who checked us in was extremely pleasant and helpful, and we found our room very comfortable. Priceline had advertised this as a 3.5 star hotel, and I cannot agree with that rating; I would say a 2.5 star. The hotel is also located far off of the freeway and away from many of Tucson's attractions and better restaurants. I have read other reviews with complaints of the hotel being noisy, but we found it to be nice and quiet fortunately. We had a king size bed which was very comfortable.

Positives: Friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Negatives: Hotel was not a 3.5 star hotel as advertised.

For the priceline price, it was a good price. This was my 2nd visit to this hotel through priceline. This hotel needs to be downgraded at least a 1/2 star for its age.

Positives: The beds are very comfortable with a great pillow menu.

Negatives: it is old, the carpets need replaced, fridge leaked, could smell smoke in vents.

The central east location was perfect for the business I had in Tucson. The Hotel staff was great and as an added bonus the was a great jazz band by the pool and fire pits on Thursday night.

Positives: The very friendly staff and very nice room.

Negatives: The exterior of the hotel looks a little tired, but the inside is very nice.

I have been here for a few times and never been disappointed. Love the suite type of rooms, is like an apartment living. The regular rooms are nice too. Live music is a plus by the pool area. Parking is free and plentiful.

Positives: I love the suite rooms, outdoor dining with fire pits & live music, and free parking.

Negatives: Nothing at all!

My room was located right next to the elevator and ice machine. Walls were not well insulated, so there was lots of noise outside my room all night long.

Positives: Bed linens.

Negatives: Noise level in my room.

Very nice hotel. Clean, nice rooms. Excellent free Internet access. Nice grounds. Nice business center.

Positives: Everything worked!

Negatives: I thought free complimentary coffee in am (at least one cup) should be standard.

We got a great deal. I would never pay more for this hotel as they need to complete the renovations. Our room had a patchwork ceiling patchwork flooring at the bathroom. The room as well as the hall ways, elevators seemed as if they put beautiful accessories on a old rundown tired horse.

Positives: Down comforter and pillows.

Negatives: Our bathroom smelled very bad.

The next time we are in Tucson we would definitely stay there again, thanks to Priceline and their smart savings for we who are senior citizens now on fixed incomes.

Positives: Exceptionally clean, convenient, staff was very helpful.

Negatives: Laundry room could have been kept better.

It is dirty and poorly maintained. I noticed used room service dishes remaining in the hallway for 2 days! Pool was outrageously loud at all hours. I will never return. It should be sold to Motel 6!

Positives: Front desk professional at check-in.

Negatives: General condition of hallways, noise from the pool at all hours, housekeeping.

This hotel is older but has been well maintained. It offers all amenities i.e., Spa, Gym, business center, nice on-site restaurants, great pool area for gatherings complete with fire pits. The location works well for access to shopping, theaters, restaurants, auto repair, etc. Parking is limited and depending on when you retire for the night you may need to park some distance from the most convenient entrance.

Positives: My suite room was nice, spacious and tastefully decorated. The business center was convenient. The on-site restaurant and the pool area were nice.

Negatives: Parking was limited. My casita room was not accessible via indoor hallway.
