I would not stay here again. Too far from UA an they need a restaurant that's open during the day. Very seedy in appearance.
Positives: The front desk man was very accommodating..
Negatives: The free breakfast was horrible..

Looks like they are making upgrades. Bathroom was nice but had to call and have it cleaned after check-in. Did not feel safe!
Positives: Great breakfast selection at no charge.
Negatives: Bathroom not clean, beer cans in the hallway.

The hotel looks good from the outside, but once inside the elevator and hallways is old looking and needs to be updated. Elevator looked unsafe. The room also is old and needs work. My toilet was stained and needs to be replaced. Shower was dripping. But the bed and pillows were new and felt great. Free breakfast was tasty, and free internet access was nice.
Positives: The bed and pillows.
Negatives: Appearance of elevator and hallway were old, dated.

Do not stay here it is one of the worst hotels we've stayed in ever. Lacking in clean environment, old and worn out furnishings and gross. Someone needs to be fired!
Positives: It is a great property it needs renovations and updates.
Negatives: Tired and worn out furnishings, carpet, lacking in cleanliness, elevator on the brink of falling apart greasy carpet, gross paneling it just is in bad.

Great facility, near major shopping areas, and restaurants. Enjoyed this hotel and would return in the future. Staff responsive to calls, and drinks at the bar very reasonable for a hotel bar.
Positives: The smell of the orange trees outside my room.
Negatives: The grounds were a bit untidy.

Hotel staff were great. Room was dirty and many things in the room did not work or had problems during normal operation. Pool and hot tub were great.
Positives: Pool and location for what I went there for.
Negatives: Room was not maintained and had many problems.

The hotel appeared to be undergoing managerial and staffing problems. It was unclean, smelly, and uninviting to me. I had booked what I thought was a 4-star facility. I am a business traveler and expected higher standards. Due to my allergy to dust, I knew from the front door that I could not tolerate the level of cleanliness that was exhibited in this hotel. Additionally, as I stood waiting to check in, 4-5 people ahead of me were complaining that their rooms were dirty and in ill-repair: broken toilets, shower doors, unmade beds, etc. This level of service was deplorable. I did not stay there. The manager came out and talked with me and agreed to cancel my reservation. He did not give me a cancellation number.
Positives: The staff and mgr. patiently listened to my complaints.
Negatives: It looked dirty right from the lobby, and had a stale smell. Customers were lined up complaining about service and cleanliness of rooms.

The room was okay - could have been cleaner. Found frozen water bottle in freezer, empty water bottle behind nightstand. Dishes in dishwasher with old caked dish detergent. Bathroom floor not swept in corners. The staff was great, pool was great - a good family place to stay.
Positives: The layout - buildings, pool, and recreation area is good.
Negatives: Police all over the place at 8:00 A.M arresting 4 people.

Did not feel they accommodated us after making a complaint about the noise knowing we were not the only ones who complained.
Positives: Breakfast buffet was great.
Negatives: Rowdy crowd at night kept us awake even after complaining.

The hotel was easy to locate from the highway. The front desk staff were very nice, and helpful in extending our stay an extra night. Having part of the gem and mineral show located at the hotel was fun. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable.
Positives: Very helpful front desk staff. Pleasant room. Easy location.
Negatives: The floor of the bathtub was slightly chipped, and there was a dime-sized hole in the bathroom ceiling.

The Inn suites at Tucson City Center are located near the Downtown area. It appears that this was once a very nice place to stay, but it has not been updated. While our accommodations were comfortable, many things in our room as well as around the hotel were very worn-looking. Our room had a new, very comfortable bed and that made it easier to overlook some of the other things-such as the bathtub. The hotel offered several nice amenities-which included a very nice breakfast and free internet service. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Positives: They tried hard with the amenities-breakfast was great, free internet service, great bed.
Negatives: The hotel lobby looked bare and dirty and many things were much worn.

Nice for the price.
Positives: Breakfast was good. Liked the balcony and suite.
Negatives: Had to check in late during Gem Show.

The first room we got was terrible. The toilette didn't flush, the door didn't lock and the heater was smoking. But we got immediately another room. This room was wonderful!
Positives: The rooms are big. Very clean. Wonderful Pool. Great for kids, too.
Negatives: No bacon for breakfast.

I actually loved this hotel. At the pool in the morning they have towels on the chairs folded nicely incase you did not bring one to the pool area. In the morning they have a breakfast buffet and not just muffins and cereal. It was wonderful. My children got to make their own waffles and eggs and ham were offered as well as fresh fruit and yogurt. . It was a great way to start the day. The staff was very attentive and quick to help. While we were in Tucson there was a large wind storm and the staff was out picking up Palm Frawns ASAP. Over all a+.
Positives: The grounds were well kept even in a windstorm.
Negatives: Our bathroom had cracked ceiling plaster over the shower area.

I found the hotel very hard to get to because of the construction on the highway in front of it, we were put in the wrong type room after arriving late at night and had to change rooms after arriving, the toilet did not work right and we had to call maintence the next morning they arrived in a timely manner the problem was not a 100% fix. All this made for a very mixed feelings experience.
Positives: The grounds themselves.
Negatives: The sewage system.

Positives: The Lobby.
Negatives: Overpriced for the condition.

Do not waste your money!
Positives: Room was big with 2 bathrooms.
Negatives: It was filthy! Did not want to touch anything!

This was not a hotel, it was a motor motel. It had outside staircases and outside entrances to the rooms. It was like staying in a Motel 6 except it was more expensive and fairly run down. My room faced the freeway and even though there was a "sound wall" all I heard all night was trucks and trains. I will never stay in this hotel again.
Positives: Not much.
Negatives: Price vs. performance = 0.
