The room was very nice. The view of the pool was pleasant. Not enough staff to clean tables on Sunday breakfast. Free breakfast was also nice.

Positives: The room was clean and attractive.

Negatives: Soccer tournament-many loud kids running through corridors all weekend day & night.

The hotel was very nice and convenient but the charge per day is rather excessive when I can go to motel 6 in most places and get it for free. Breakfast was great though.

Positives: Very convenient and nice - Great breakfast.

Negatives: Wi-Fi charge in all area's.

This hotel has convenient location, efficient and friendly staff, and a great breakfast. The room was clean, all our needs were met, and it turned out very well for us.

Positives: Absolutely one of the best breakfast selections I have seen.

Hotel listed in ASU-Tempe but was not walking distance. Nothing close to hotel so required rental car. Breakfast is free but not very good food.

This was a great hotel, the rooms were very large, and very clean as was the bathroom. It had a free breakfast which was very good. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Positives: Size of the room as well as the overall setup of hotel.

Negatives: The walls were a bit thin - I could hear the room next door flushing the toilet and using the shower.

Good place to stay for spring training. Close to baseball stadiums. Has a good location. good for families with 1-2 children.

Positives: Continental breakfast (free) was a nice addition to our stay.

Negatives: Area used for breakfast was crowded.

The hotel was well laid out and the room was spacious. We had a sitting room adjacent to the Bedroom. This was very nice because I always get up early to catch up on my work; and my daughter likes to sleep till noon. So, I was able to work on my laptop, drink coffee and watch TV without disturbing her. It was a very secure hotel. They had a great Mexican Restaurant which we went to for dinner (twice). They had a great menu. In the hotel lobby you could print out your boarding passes for flights. The staff was very accommodating. I needed directions to find the University and the Airport, and they already had preprinted directions to give out. The room was clean, and it looked brand new. The covers and linens appeared new also. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Positives: Quiet, secure, spacious rooms, extra sitting room was great for a morning person like me.

Negatives: I had to pay extra for internet service.

This is an older property which has been very well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable and well furnished.

Positives: The Comp Breakfast was outstanding.

Negatives: Wireless internet connection was very poor.

Until they get the Internet connection fixed and eliminate the separate charge for it, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any business traveler.

Not -star upscale quality. Not for a romantic get-a-way. Probably good for a family on vacation or business traveler if you have money to burn. It took hours to get more thin blankets. You do get the convenience of a suite with refrigerator and microwave. They have updated the curtains & wallpaper but that's it.

Positives: Suite w/couch, table, TV, refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee, good mattress.

Negatives: Poor staff performance, poor linen, relatively small TV w/poor selection, not "cushy" for a romantic get-away.
