The condition of the building and room met my expectations. The level of service from front desk staff and management knocked my socks off. They take pride in their jobs, in their hotel, and in their city.
Positives: Impressed with location, front desk staff and management and amenities.
Negatives: Perfect.

Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a place to stay while you explore the Sedona area with your family, this is the place. It's not located downtown, but all of the tours pick up here. It's close to drug and grocery stores and restaurants that a family desires. At first I thought since my room was across from the elevator and pool, I would have noise, that wasn't the case. The rooms were comfy, quiet, nicely decorated. The breakfast choices will meet your diet needs too.
Positives: Friendly informed staff, excellent breakfast and clean hotel.
Negatives: Did not have the laundry facilities as listed on the site.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helped in lots of ways. They recommended eating places in our price range and even made reservations for us. They had coupons for everything we wanted to do and make our family stay there very family friendly. The hotel was nice but was under construction and we had no knowledge of this. Thankfully it didn't interfere with our stay there.
Positives: The staff was very helpful in all areas, very friendly.
Negatives: Under construction and we didn't know that ahead of time.
