What a beautiful place to stay, should probably be listed under resorts since it charges a resort fee. Just lovely.

Positives: Beautiful facility.

Negatives: Resort fee, $20.

Room was small with only one bed, air was not cold stucco pieces were in spa drain backed up in shower. Food and drinks were way to high 20 resort fee not sure what we got from that pools were dirty. Staff expected high tips and not helpful.

Positives: Pools were pretty at night.

Negatives: Three of us had to sleep in queen bed together.

The hotel was very beautiful with a lot of activities on site. There was a lot to do with the children and you are not bored. The Spa is great there.

Positives: Good family activities.

Negatives: The people at the reception were not warm, friendly, or cordial.

Over all liked our experience there.

Positives: Gondolla was fun.

Negatives: The sand beach was so full we couldn't even find a chair to put our things so we got up the next day early to get one.

This hotel was awesome! I would stay there again. The location is quite close to many things in Scottsdale, including many restaurants if you do not want to stay and eat at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also family friendly, their were separate pool areas depending on if you had kids or just wanted to relax.

Positives: The pool was awesome and very family friendly, but also had the &quot;adult&quot; pool that was secluded.

Negatives: The sheets on our bed were not very soft and kind of on the thick side. There was not enough shade/umbrellas at the pool area for how busy it was.

It was a great experience. Beautiful surrounding with clean and comfortable rooms.

Positives: Beautiful inside and out.

Negatives: Did not offer some services like a 5 star hotel.

We were celebrating our 25 year anniversary and hotel staff upgraded room and sent us a bottle of wine and chocolate to our room. Facilities were incredible, one of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed at. I would highly recommend.

Positives: Excellent service and beautiful accommodations.

Negatives: Nothing, exceptional hotel.

A dishonest business adding a $20 per day resort fee to your bill without any prior notice or agreement. This is a bad, poor practice. It sours all the hotel did right.

Positives: I disliked the dishonest $20 per day resort fee.

It is a beautiful resort, but is very expensive for anything on the resort. Two eggs for breakfast was $14, at a fine resort like this I may not expect a free breakfast, but with the costs for everything else I would expect some reasonable options for staying on the resort and being able to eat or entertain.

Positives: Very nice, clean, spacious and

Negatives: The price of anything in the resort, along with the only jacuzzi being packed and not adult only.

Disappointed in the lack of clarity on fees. Was not told about resort fee of $20 at check-in, so bought $5 Internet package for 5 hours of access. At check-out the next morning, we were charged the $20 fee which was to include Internet access. Why not let your guests know this? They also tried to charge for a bottle of water (1l Dasani for $5.50) which we never used. When I told them I never used it, they took it off right away. Why did they charge it in the first place?

Positives: They offered free margaritas at check-in.

Negatives: Our room was facing the roof of another building. No view whatsoever.

Comfortable bed, nice addition of an IHome ipod player, soft robes, lovely atrium area, easy to get to, lovely to look at. I was very pleased.

Positives: Attractive and comfortable.

Negatives: They add a $20 per night fee for (Internet, fitness center, etc) and there is no option to decline.

Negatives: Room had a strong smell of cleaning supplies in it.

Luxury resort with lots of amenities. Don't stay in a first floor room - too much noise from the lobby and other parties in the open bar area. I also didn't like the smells that wafted to my room - incense and tuna fish - probably from the parties on the first floor and/or the restaurants.

<BR/>

Positives: Multiple swimming pools.

Negatives: Noisy being on the first level.

Overall, excellent facilities, location, bedding, etc. We will be back.

Positives: You don't have to leave the resort because they have everything you need or is within walking distance.

Negatives: Valet parking is $ 27 overnight and we were charged an additional $ 15 resort fee at check-out that none told us about at check-in.

If you want to relax and rejuvenate in the lap of luxury then this is the hotel to visit! The spa facilities are amazing, the hotel grounds are breath-taking, it is by far my favorite hotel in Scottsdale and I've stayed at them all!

Positives: Amazing service, gorgeous property, big rooms, it was ALL fabulous!

Negatives: 2 drinks from the bar cost me $25! One sandwich and one piece of pie delivered to our room at the cost of $35.

The hotel is exceptional. I like the large decks in the rooms, the live band in the lobby in the evening and the many swimming pools etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

This was a wonderful mini-getaway for my husband and I, and we left completely rejuvenated. It was beautiful! Fabulous!

Positives: I loved everything about this hotel - the room was beautiful and comfortable, we had a little patio, the pool was amazing. Loved it!

Negatives: I would like to see them enforce the adult only rule for the one pool, not a fan of being splashed by rowdy kids when they have two other pools.

They offered breakfast and a paper in the brochure but specifically declined both. Not friendly.

Positives: Nice facility.

This hotel is beautiful. It is located in the heart of Scottsdale. You are down the street from Scottsdale Fashion Square and in the middle of the best restaurants Scottsdale has to offer. The hotel itself is beautifully upgraded and the grounds include a little something for everyone.
Beside the girl at the front desk, the other employees at the hotel are very friendly. They open doors, smile and make sure you are very happy with your stay. The only thing I wish we would of thought of was to remember to bring pool/sand toys. Otherwise, this is an amazing hotel that has something for everyone.

Positives: Hotel is located in the heart of Scottsdale. The grounds of the hotel is beautiful.

Upscale hotel. Perfect place for a fun weekend away. Pool as amazing. Very relaxing. Overall a stupendous experience.

Positives: Best pool I've ever been at.

Negatives: Linens were soiled. Probably just a fluke, but it made us question the cleanliness of whole room.
