I only would use this hotel as last resort. Staff is friendly but, rooms are not so great beds hard smells like bleach no pets are allowed.

Positives: Staff was nice.

Negatives: Driveway confusing! Room smelled like bleach beds hard.

Will never stay here again. Room was small, bed and pillows uncomfortable, pool covered up and unable to use, and breakfast which was supposed to be included, was a joke. We ended up going to a local restaurant.

Positives: The price of the rooms were very inexpensive

Most important is the quality of the bed. This Super 8 had really comfortable beds, a good work area,washing clothes facilities, daily paper, refrigerator, microwave; just like home.

Positives: Bigger room than usual. Internet really worked.

Negatives: Same breakfast every morning.

Room smelled of stale cigarettes & strong air-freshener, resulting in a stink. Carpet needs replacing, but was actually sticky; obviously in need of a good shampooing. Bedspreads frayed & torn; pillows need to be replaced. We had large beetles in our room. They were on the floor and one in our bed. It is rather difficult to sleep when you know you might end up in bed with a large beetle. Have stayed here before and they have some nice rooms and some poor quality rooms. We would have left, but the other hotels were filled so we were forced to finish our stay here. This will be the last place I call when trying to find a room in this area. We are not eager to return to this motel.

Super 8 don't sound appealing but the Prescott Valley location has done some improvements to make the hotel much more comfortable than I had expected. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable. Our stay was only one night and we didn't have any needs not met.

Positives: The front desk and housekeeping staff made every effort to let us check in early.

Negatives: Unfortunately, we were in a smoking room because there wasnt any other room available but that was expected.

This was an overall great experience. When shopping on line you are never sure if what you see is what you will get.

Positives: It was very updated, with a frig and microwave in the room. It gave us the option to eat in or out.

Negatives: The bed was too firm.
