Nice, convenient location. Easy to find. Close to everything in Prescott and comfortable rooms.
Positives: Large and spacious 2 room suite.
Negatives: I found a few dead bugs on floor and a big spider in sliding door.

I enjoyed my stay & will use this motel the next time I'm in the area. The great price just made it that much better! Thanks again.

Great location, close to Town Square, really clean, and spacious.
Positives: Smelled clean, nice size rooms.

Hotel was clean, friendly and served a great breakfast. The beds were hard.

Other than the air conditioner breaking the hotel was fine. But they should have done something about the air conditioner it was a problem that they knew about.

Location, price, and value for a weekend in Prescott in the late summer was great. Breakfast included was very nice. Two queen beds, non-smoking room. AC did not seem to work well.....particularly during Sat evening into Sunday AM.
Positives: Location & availability / price for a weekend stay in Prescott.
