Walking distance to near by grocery store, gas station restaurants and bars. In the Winter a little snow in Pine and Strawberry but 15 minutes away they have tubing on the Rim. Just enough snow in the winter to have fun. 1.5 hours to Snow bowl with skiing in the winter months and 1.5 hours to Phoenix
