I thought the facility was wonderful; however, I felt watched the whole time. I picked up a three creamers from the complementary coffee area so we could have some with our coffee in our room, and the lady just stared at me like I was doing something wrong. Then again in the morning when I went to get coffee their security person just stood there and watched me. I asked if I was in her way and she snickered and said "no". I used their exercise room and staff kept walking by. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a hotel.

We were so impressed with this hotel that we extended or stay 2 nights.

Nicer new hotel in Avondale. I spoke to the hotel before making the reservation as in the past I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on the other side of the freeway. So I was told prior to making the reservation for 3 rooms that there was a shuttle service and in fact it would be available. It was never available for pick-up or return.

Positives: Newness.

Negatives: Told shuttle service was available - was not!

This hotel was very clean and appeared to be in new condition. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Positives: The hotel was well kept (appeared new) and clean.

Negatives: Would rather have this quality of room with a continental breakfast of some sort.

The room was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in - spotless, large, well decorated. The heater/air conditioner was quiet and worked well, keeping the temperature constant. The staff was quite nice and helpful. However, there were two problems: 1. The hotel and surroundings were so new that the Internet maps were not accurate and the hotel was difficult to find. It finally required a call to the front desk to get driving directions. 2. The main problem with our room was that it faced the freeway and there was truck traffic noise all night.

Thought it was a great value. We ended up on a busy street or highway so noise was a problem. I didn't bother the front desk w/moving since we were only there for 3 nights and busy. Would stay again but ask for a room not on the freeway side.

The hotel was great, beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable bed, fitness center, pool &amp; hot tub, mini-fridge. It was close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We loved it!

Positives: Beautiful room, fridge in room, hot tub, fitness center, and great location.

Negatives: There was only 1 computer in the business center and it was almost always in use.

The hotel is a beautiful hotel. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The pool is very nice. The halls were quiet in spite of knowing there must have been late night parties because many other guests were attending the concert we went to. We never were awoken by noise. Also, good coffee is available downstairs in the lobby 24 hours a day. Over all we had a great experience.

Positives: The pool and cleanliness of rooms was awesome.

Negatives: The pool towels seemed old and dingy. The shower leaked outside the doors all over floor cuz door didnt seal properly.

We were very upset that the desricption lead us to believe that it was within walking distance to Jobbing Arena for a concert. It was not, we had to drive and park at the Arena. The entire reason we booked was due to the distance from our venue! Not Happy!

Very modern and decorated very nicely. Everything seemed new and clean, clean, clean. Upon arrival and check in, the hotel staff took a moment to show us around. The business center was easy to use. The room was was arranged nicely, and even had a couch. I really didn't want to leave - it was just so nice!

Positives: This hotel is awesome! Great beds and so clean. We loved it!

Negatives: When we called to request a king bed, the hotel clerk was quite rude.

Easy on and off the freeway but you did not hear the freeway inside the hotel. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely laid out. I will return when I travel back to Phoenix.
