Location and quality rate very highly. I honestly can't think of a negative aspect of this hotel.

AMAZING! We did get charged for WiFi. When we didn't even use it and had to pay for parking but the location was perfect, staff was excellent. Hotel was clean, very lovely! We loved our stay!

Attractive lobby/bar/common areas, close to shopping and restaurants. Staff, especially the bellmen, were friendly and professional.
Positives: Bed was comfortable & view was great.

Maid service excellent, avoid eating any meals at this location. Hotel managers will not even respond to request to find resolution to problems.

Really liked the hotel. I liked it that they have Town cars 24/7 to take you wherever. We used it to go the airport and it only cost $25. Great deal. Thanks Priceline!

Would give a very good<BR/>service for anyone looking to stay downtown. Perfect for the convention center, about 1 block away. Great hotel overall.
Positives: New, clean, friendly staff, great rooms, easy in and out.
Negatives: The towels were more Motel 6 than 4 star downtown.

Starting at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Head west on Sky Harbor Boulevard toward Interstate 10 West. Merge onto I-10 West via the ramp to Downtown/State Highway 51. Take Exit 145A for 7th Street. Turn left on 7th Street and travel south for 0.5 miles to Fillmore Street. Turn right onto Fillmore Street to 3rd Street. Turn left on 3rd Street. The hotel will be on the right.
