Handy, convenient to downtown things to do, very friendly and helpful staff.

Positives: Only 2 blocks from the Suns arena, Hard Rock, etc.

Negatives: Expensive parking.

Loved this hotel. This was a mini staycation as we live 10 minutes away but we were attending a concert in downtown Phoenix and thought we'd stay local and not have to drive home afterwards. Enjoyed our stay so much we used Priceline's option to extend our stay for one more night. Great rate and great time. We will be trying for this hotel again!! Thank you Priceline!

Positives: Staff made this hotel stay awesome!

Negatives: Fire alarm that went off at 4 am. Not that bad.

We would stay there again, restaurant on the second floor for breakfast was a little pricey.

Positives: Love the location and staff.

Negatives: Parking.

Close to town and nightlife. Parking attendants were readily available. The pool looked nice even if it was on the third floor.

Positives: It had a nice lobby and if you want the Downtown Phoenix scene, it would be great.

Negatives: Paying $20.00 a day to park and use our car was a little bit expensive - the parking ramp was located in the next block. I was hoping for a more open la.

Positives: Staff was friendly and helpful.

Negatives: Pool area has lots of dirty towels.

Although I love this hotel it's too bad they don't validate for parking. Also, upon check-in my husband asked the lady if they happened to have a room with a king size bed available as the room we received had two Queen size beds. The lady was very helpful and she even moved us up to a room with a great view. Great! But she didn't tell us there was a charge. We have requested a larger bed before at other hotels and without the extra charge. Next time we will double check. Our bad luck.

Positives: The beds are so comfortable, and the rooms are very clean.

Negatives: $12 for parking.

Positives: The check-in staff was very friendly and the location is perfect for Game Goers.

Negatives: Nothing comes to mind!

Nice clean upscale. Made for a romantic evening. Was a little disappointed with the 2 bottles of water sitting in the room for $5.95 each. Little ridiculous in my opinion.

Positives: Friendly, clean, and

Negatives: Someone had left a dozen hangers just outside of our door. Left all day removed overnight tacky.

When we first arrived the bellman was terrific and check-in was a breeze. Hot tub was cold and no one addressed it until the next day after many complaints. We ordered pizza & wings from an outside restaurant, because we were tired and did not want to get dressed and hassle with tired kiddos at a restaurant. The staff was not pleased about this and made us come to the lobby to meet the delivery person and we were told "You know that we have restaurants in the hotel. Our ice bucket was dirty and when we asked for bags to go in it we waited 30 min. for housekeeping. The carpets were dirty and need to be replaced. The wireless is not included with your stay it is an extra $12.50 and there is no onsite parking. We had to park in a parking garage across the street for 27.50 per 24 hrs and at night down town Phx is not safe. My husband and our 8 year old child was followed and approached by several vagrants asking for money and cigarettes. My son was seriously freaked out by this. We left a day early even though we were charged for the night we didn't stay we actually saved money in the long run. Love Priceline, hated the Phx Hyatt Regency.

Positives: The lobby and the bellman.

Negatives: The rest of the staff was rude, the hot tub didn't work, wireless not included, parking off property, not safe at night and expensive.

This was a great hotel but not for a handicapped wheelchair person. We were put in a handicap room and yes the light switches were low and easy to reach, but had a very difficult time getting into the bathroom and could not close door. Then there were no handrails on the toilet so had a very difficult time using the toilet. Also the room had a tub, not a shower so could not use that either. The bell captain called the front desk for us and said they would comp our breakfast but we never heard from hotel on that. Finally I resent it when large hotels charge for Internet access in the room and both my room mate and I had to pay the fee. You can stay in a Courtyard Marriott or small hotel and get free wireless.

Positives: Friendly bell captain, clean, attractive lobby, great location for conference at Phx Civic Plaza.

Negatives: Needed handicap room very poor, no hand rails in bathroom and difficult to get into.

It was a great stay while we were there, the front desk was helpful in getting information sent up to our room for theater locations and movie times. Also, our luggage was taken to our room for us and that was great. Thank you.

Positives: It was a very nice hotel with a theater and good food within walking distance!

Negatives: I liked everything when we stayed at the Hyatt Regency.

We got a room for New Years Eve. The hotel was very convenient and close to the local light rail system, so that we were able to go out and about without having to worry about being out at the bars and then driving home. The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very comfortable. I would definitely come back again!

Positives: Check in/out was quick and painless, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Negatives: No complaints.

It was a very beautiful hotel with a great location! Parking was very expensive for it being a hotel in Phoenix! The front desk manager was very arrogant and rude! But the other staff we encountered were very friendly! Definitely would stay there again for the right price.

Positives: It had beautiful amenities.

Negatives: The front desk guy was very arrogant!

Beautiful hotel, very nice comfortable rooms, nice amenities, very pleasant, and helpful staff. Hotel bar is very expensive, save some money and walk over to the AZ center for cheap drinks and good restaurants. This is my fourth stay at the hotel, I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Positives: Great location in the downtown area, close to sporting venues, convention center, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance.

Negatives: Hotel bar was way over priced, $5.00 for Draught beer, $12.00 for a mixed drink "white Russian". Parking is also expensive $27.00 per day.

The Hyatt Regency Phoenix met and exceeded my expectations on many levels. The hotel is nicely appointed and conveniently located to major downtown Phoenix attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Positives: Lovely room, great check in assistance.

Negatives: Disorganized checkout, parking and internet in room should be included for 3 star hotel!

Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 25 Feb 2010 rated 7 out of 10.

I have stayed at this hotel many times through Priceline. I like the location and the staff is very friendly. This is a great place at 3 1/2 stars.

Positives: The hotel is in close proximity to everything in downtown Phoenix.

Negatives: The room could have been tidier.

Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 18 Feb 2010 rated 10 out of 10.

I was very happy other than the underground parking that cost extra, and would cost that extra price each time we exited and re-entered. We usually check in ahead of time and visit our family and come and go - we will not be staying there again for this reason alone.

<BR/>

Positives: Very friendly staff.

Negatives: Underground parking that cost $12.00 a day and you couldn't leave it without paying another fee on return.

The hotel is very nice and very clean, but it is not convenient because they charge you for parking and it gets to be pretty pricey. Also, the Internet is not free and that can also get pricey. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Positives: The i-home in the room was very nice.

Negatives: I did not like that there was no complimentary WiFi or parking.

Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 11 Jan 2010 rated 9 out of 10.

Hotel was very clean, very attractive, and my experience with Priceline was first-class!

Positives: The location.

Negatives: Hotel was pretty much empty, but I was still given a room with a less than attractive view, but for the price it was super.

Lovely! The only bad thing was that the parking garage was across the street so we had to unload everything at once.

Positives: There was a long wait at checkin and they compensated for that.

Negatives: The parking is across the street.

Perfectly located. I came to Phoenix for the Jamie Foxx concert at the Dodge theater. It was near all the major venues, US Airways, the Baseball stadium and the Dodge Theatre.

Positives: Awesome

Negatives: Nothing

The hotel was very nice, large, and roomy. The rooms were a reasonable size and the bathroom was nice also. The only problem usually with downtown properties is the parking. Valet was 26.00 and guest parking was 19.00 but the valet gave us a great tip, parking on the street during the weekends was free!

Positives: Nice hotel next to the convention center downtown.

Negatives: Carpet was dirty.
