Positives: The hotel was fine, the room was well laid out and all the expected items were there.

If you want clean bed linens and towels daily you have to request them. The continental breakfast was disappointing. I expected better pastries. If you wanted a regular size muffin. They were $5.00 each! They do not provide help with your luggage. Fortunately, we were traveling with our daughter and son-in-law, who helped.
Positives: It was freeway convenient.
Negatives: I had to request fresh towels, and they only change sheets every 3 days.

Even though we had the incident listed in question 18, we still had an excellent experience with this hotel. The room set up was one of the best arranged I have seen, and my family has been to many hotels. Continental breakfast had a large variety of food, and the sitting area always looked clean and neat.
Positives: Rooms were very nice size, used space well. had separate sitting area, office area, and fold out sofa.
Negatives: My child stained their sheet with noise. We told the hotel staff. The sheet was not changed.

Once again Priceline got me an excellent deal at this very Classy Hotel, I keep recommending Priceline to everyone I know. You won't be disappointed.

The Hyatt was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The dining area and lounge were available, but very small (part of the lobby, basically). Breakfast was continental, but done very early. Hot breakfast was available, but again, only early. No other "dinner" type of restaurant was available on the premises. Was hoping to have a hot tub, either outside, inside or in a private suite, but that was non-existent. Room was very clean, comfortable with fridge, coffee maker, lots of mirrors. "Living" area was slightly set off from bed area, which was nice. Great location, north Phoenix, easy on-off from I-17. I would recommend this hotel, but don't think I would have stayed here if it weren't for the discount offered through Priceline.

Negatives: No hot tub, inside or out, not even in the rooms. Small pool.

Even though I only stayed over night, what I experienced I enjoyed. The room was very pleasing to the eye and comfortable, as well as clean.

The hotel accommodations were very nice, but being too close to the expressway made it difficult to sleep.

Convenient yet off the main busy road, this hotel has attractive decor, comfortable beds and an inviting lobby and breakfast area, complete with a Starbucks coffee bar.
Positives: The decor was modern, upscale and relaxing.
Negatives: Would like to see hard boiled eggs or protein at breakfast bar.

It was pleasant hotel - the sitting area was very nice with TV swivel to both areas - free internet was very helpful- staff was very friendly and helpful - if you need a place to stay it is nice but not fancy.
Positives: The room was very comfortable with a good amount of space.
Negatives: There is no microwave in the kitchen area or anywhere in the hotel - ice only on 3rd floor is inconvenient.

My wife and I had a good stay at this hotel. The rooms are big and have a nice sectional sofa for hanging out. The bed was nice and comfortable with high quality linens. The room had a 42 HDTV in the room, but some of the channels did always work. The continental breakfast was good, with fresh fruit and high quality plates and silverware (no paper or plastic stuff).
Positives: Nice TV and sectional couch, good continental breakfast.
Negatives: The room decor, although new, was quite "70's".

Very nice, renovated hotel. The room was modern and very comfortable, super bed and great flat-screen TV. The breakfasts were nice and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay, and would stay there again!

Overall the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel sits right beside highway 17 so there is constant road noise.
Positives: I liked the HDTV in the room.

I was impressed by the decor most. I went last minute as a Valentine's surprise for my boyfriend. I loved the room so much I felt comfortable enough to take a mid day nap, like I do at home. I even caught myself saying "when I get home" when I was referring to going back to the hotel. He loved the large TV. It was Grammy night and we enjoyed Lounging on the bed watching. The day before we were on the couch. The TV adjusted and we felt comfortable on both. The breakfast was nice and the geometric and metro style continued with the dish ware. I really got my money's worth!
Positives: The decor was beautiful, I felt like I was in a upscale hotel.
Negatives: I stayed two days, day two less attention to cleaning detail.

Redoing the lot. Had to park out back. Room was old (former Ameri-suites hotel) bath tub needed work. Room entrance doors old. LCD TV did not work in the room we were in. Called lobby. Said they would have that repaired by next day. Got back to the hotel later in the evening the next day. TV not working. Finally was able to switch rooms. Other then that. Life was good.

Unfortunately, they were resurfacing the parking lot so parking was an issue. However, I am traveling to Phoenix for the next two months for school and this hotel was very quiet, which allowed me to study. Quietness is very important to me when staying at a hotel. I could not hear others TV's or showers. This hotel was the best that I have stayed in ever.
Positives: Location & quietness.

I was very pleased with the price and the quality of this hotel. The staff was always friendly and courteous. They went above and beyond during the holiday season, especially Christmas day. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The only thing I would request though is a room that does not face the freeway due to the noise. Overall, it was a very good experience.
