Good hotel with accommodating staff. However, the place seems a little lacking in maintenance of the facilities. The outside door would not respond to a key (card), and the bathtub faucet leaked badly. Breakfast was the best of a week long trip.
Positives: Good and varied breakfast, nice rooms and facilities.
Negatives: Outside door did not respond to key, and the bathtub faucet leaked.

If you want to stay at a hotel that hates its customers, go ahead, stay at the Best Western in Page. I know some of you will doubt my review, and if you do, go ahead. Lets see who's right in the end. There are many nicer hotels in page with friendlier staffs for the same price.
Positives: I liked my view of the page boy motel.
Negatives: Absolutely everything else.

Easy to find when coming in from Zion National Park. 2 doors away from McDonalds. The lobby was a little strange in that they had part of it blocked off so you could only come in one way (for security?), although I didn't feel the least bit threatened by the neighborhood or hotel clientele. Nice breakfast setup.
Positives: Easy access from the highway.
Negatives: Hard to find the lobby and elevator.

The hotel was clean and updated but the breakfast was a small about with cereal, toast, one fruit and OJ and that was about it. They should have more then one fruit to choose and Danish or some sort.

Negatives: Beds were hard and hard to sleep in.

The hotel was very lovely, newly decorated and felt very spacious. One inconvenient item was the late check in time, we arrived about 12 noon and had to wait 3 hours to check in. Thank You.
Positives: The convenient location to Lake Powell. The newly decorated room/hotel in general.
Negatives: The morning continental breakfast was very disorganized, they ran out of several breakfast items.

Terrible breakfast consisting of stale bread and sugar cereal. The staff promised a "hot breakfast" when reservation was made, which was two months ago. The AC is so loud you can't sleep, and many rooms have broken AC units. The breakfast "juice" is really just flavored water. Staff is rude and unhelpful.
Positives: Decent location.
Negatives: Horrible breakfast, noisy AC, non-working AC.

Noisy rooms, AC doesn't work, staff totally unhelpful. The breakfast was toast and flavored water they tried to pass off as orange juice. No hot breakfast as promised while making reservations. There are other hotels in Page much better.

Overall, my experience at the Best Western Hotel was good. Friendly customer service reps, clean, did its job. However, the continental breakfast was very minimal (only bread, coffee, watered down apple/orange juice and cereal).

Overall very good. Note: 1st floor N/E entrance security card reader did not work. Anyone could just walk in - fix it!

The motel could be a nice place, but information on the state of remodeling was not available. The noise, dust and construction materials made the lobby feel unsafe. The staff was less than helpful. They made no apologies for condition of lobby, nor did they appear concerned for guests when remodeling efforts caused the fire alarm to go off. Once remodeling is finished, I am sure conditions will improve.

Negatives: Remodeling was noisy and made lobby an unsafe passageway.
