It was ok, but I would not go back again.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Lighting was horrible--bathroom towels were ragged.

This place was not easy to find in the first place. I had to stop 2 times for directions. Now the great stuff. Missing switch plates/exposed wiring/ hole in middle of wall where TV cable came out/painting not completed/dresser drawer kept opening/frig look like been hit with hammer/no screen on window/bathroom floor messed up/lights not working/carpet on stairs a trip hazard. Flagstaff is supposed to be a tourist area. This place is right up there with a crack house in Gary Inn. I also have pictures if you care to see them.

Given 2 remotes and neither worked for TV. Had to get special wiring for Internet. Telephone did not work. Breakfast was OK.

This was my worse hotel experience in over 20 years of traveling. The staff was extremely rude, the smell in the room is indescribable, no towels and none sent when requested, the room was so dirty I slept in my clothes and only stayed the one night because I had driven 12 hours and it was well after midnight. This hotel was surrounded by better hotels and I checked into one the next morning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a junkie!

It look to run down and the owner is not friendly and you need to tell your customer that it extras for kids.

Room was small for the price. Shower Curtin was moldy and no tp, asked for it and didn't get it, I would never ever stay here at this hotel ever again.

I was traveling by Amtrak with a bike. This inn is close to Amtrak station and at a reasonable price.
Positives: Good for Amtrak/greyhound connection.
Negatives: Small room.

The check in clerk was very friendly. Other than that, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Negatives: Room was cramped, could hear everything from the floor above, parking was cramped.

Do not stay there. There are bugs in the bed, it smells really bad and there is a train that passes by almost every other hour. They aren't very clean, I had to Lysol everywhere and still the stench from the hotel was unbelievable.

This was the worst place I ever stayed and the people they were worthless. They cleaned the room once when I was there and I asked about it and they said it was extra to have it cleaned.
Positives: Nothing a dump and told me I was extra if they cleaned the room.
Negatives: Everything no heat or air and the pool was broke.

It was cheap, therefore limited luxuries were provided. The front desk could not direct customers to a very popular venue downtown.
Positives: There was a window in the bathroom.
Negatives: The employees could not assist me with directions to a location.
