Parking area got a little too close, cars seemed jammed in pretty tight.
Positives: Close to restaurants.

Nice, clean and friendly except for one desk clerk who walked away in order to not take care of me. Other people were very kind and helpful. I wish I had gotten the desk clerks name who helped me so that the hotel would know what a nice person he was.
Positives: Beds were very nice.
Negatives: When I walked up to a receptionist who was not busy, she looked at me and immediately walked away. I was insulted by her behavior, but a nice person.

Liked it very much. Staff was friendly & helpful. Computer/printer available to guests. Great continental breakfast. Near running trail and shopping center.

If you are looking for overpriced moderate comfort room, look no farther. Breakfast buffet is a joke, poorly stocked and laid out.

The property served it's purpose as we needed to get out of the snow storm. The next morning's drive to the airport was just four miles. I-17 was one block away. The location to major shopping and fine dining was perfect.
Positives: Location to I-17.
Negatives: Large dogs were permitted in rooms. Property needs refurbishing.

The hotel was a nice hotel I would possibly stay there again. The only issue I had is the fact that I came at 6 p.m. and was unable to check into my room, they said they had no rooms clean and I was not able to check in till 8 p.m. Other than that it was a nice hotel for the price.
Positives: Easy to find and close to the main road.
Negatives: The fact I got there at 6 p.m. and my room was not ready.

The stay was comfortable for the price and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Smoking and non-smoking rooms need to be segregated into separate buildings if possible. Staff is courteous and prompt in responding to problems.
Positives: Service - from Check in to trouble-shooting.
Negatives: Elevators and lobbies had smoking smells.

I found the hotel to be delightful, within our budget, and very family friendly. I was extremely disappointed that we were placed in a smoking room. It definitely dampened our stay here.

Starting at Northern Arizona University (Across the street) Go to the 2nd light straight out of the hotel (Mcconnell). Take a left at that light and continue on into the campus.
Starting at Flagstaff Pulliam Airport Exit airport to West. take I17 north. Turn left on Forest Meadows (first light as you enter town). One block to Beulah, turn right.
