The room had no hot water and was dirty. I have already complained to Days Inn corporation. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with any motel chain. I have stayed at Days Inn many time and they are usually nice.
Positives: It was a place to sleep.
Negatives: No hot water for shower or sink, bathtub filthy, & room was dirty.

I would stay if I had to, but it could use a face lift, a lot of old dirt. Grungy doors and cigarette burns on the sinks.
Positives: The parking lot was very well lit. They accepted pets.
Negatives: The room was very dirty and run down.

We had reservations for two nights, we stayed at a different hotel the second night. The hotel was filthy and even thou our room were a non-smoking room you could smell the smoke coming thru the walls. The carpet was dirty and the walls in the bathroom had stains all over them. Disgusting.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Everything.

I rather not.
Positives: Distance from the place I was visiting.
Negatives: There are semi trucks all night long, too noisy.

This hotel is a hot spot for long-haul truckers. Hundreds of semi trucks surrounded the hotel and ran throughout the night. Our room was smoke saturated and the carpet was filthy. The continental breakfast was nice and the internet service was free. The cable TV did not come in well.
Positives: Free continental breakfast & wireless internet.
Negatives: TV did not come in well. A truckers' junction; room was smoke saturated; dirty & old.

Very dirty with broken furniture, ripped mattresses, Semi-trucks allowed to park in lot, trucks very noisy all night. TV hardly worked.
Positives: Did not like anything.
Negatives: Very dirty broken furniture ripped mattress, did not change sheets or clean bathrooms.

Obviously not a 4 or 5 star rating, but you get what you expect for the price and more than you expect in friendly, efficient service. Further, we needed accommodation in Phoenix for our flight home and Days Inn made the arrangements at a much reduced rate because we'd stayed in their motel in Casa Grande.
Positives: Friendly, accommodating service
Negatives: Continental breakfast needs attention
