I've become impatient with companies that fail to respond to customers needs, and this hotel offers a great example. The high-speed Internet advertised actually ran at 56 Kbps, so I called tech support. After being on the phone for 30 minutes, they couldn't resolve the issue because the hotel only provides 1 WiFi point for the whole hotel. When I can go down the street to the Courtyard where they have several access points, why should I accept not being able to email or chat with my family back home? Why should I be forced to watch the boob tube rather than engage in my usual news feeds for evening entertainment while traveling on business? Why should I have to forgo getting any real work done from the hotel because some outdated hotel chain doesn't think it's important enough to invest a little more in their network? Well, it's important to your customers. The Internet is where we work, where we play, and where we communicate with our loved ones. If a business failed to honor their commitments and it affected your ability to communicate with your family or do your job, wouldn't you take your business elsewhere? I am canceling my reservation and going down the street to a hotel chain that understands and is responsive to its customers needs.
Positives: Clean, and close to airport
Negatives: Internet fail, and unresponsive to customers

The beds weren't exceptional because we both have bad backs but it was peaceful enough and we enjoyed the hot tub even though it smelled funny afterwards. We will be staying there again next week.
Positives: It was fairly quiet for most of the visit.
Negatives: The hot tub made us smell like dirty socks.
