The continental breakfast was a great plus. Although simple, it was greatly appreciated and quite good. Wide array of donuts, muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal, eggs and sausage. Coffee, tea, juices were also included. The best amenity though was the free high speed internet access to the room, especially since I was on business. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Positives: The staff was always friendly and were always quick to greet.
Negatives: I would have like to check in at noon when I arrived instead of right at 3 p.m.

The hospitality could of been a little better and there wasn't enough blankets or extra cots in the inventory.
Positives: The Beds were very comfortable.
Negatives: The staff was very helpful at check-in and not very knowledgeable of discounts the following night.
