Perdido Beach Resort is a hotel located in Orange Beach.
The Perdido Beach Resort is the areas only upscale beachfront full service resort. We offer a choice of standard rooms, oversized courtyard suites, and one and two bedroom suites. All rooms have private balconies, refrigerators, coffee makers, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers, tables with chairs, and separate vanities. Room amenities include refrigerators and safes. Our suite amenities include microwave ovens. Resort facilities include a large tropical outdoor pool with access to an indoor pool, two multi-person Jacuzzis, a fitness center, 4 lighted tennis courts, and a private beach with rental chairs, volleyball courts, and beach activities. We have seasonal live poolside entertainment, with a poolside bar and grill. Lobby lounge w/live pianist and entertainment nightly. Two restaurants: Cafe Palm Breeze (6am-10pm) serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Voyagers restaurant offers casual fine dining available for dinner only. We have 346 oversized and newly refurbished guest rooms, 40,000 sq. ft. of meeting and exhibit space featuring two beachfront outside decks. Note: Most Thursday, Friday and Saturday dates have a 2 or 3 night minimum stay requirement during the summer.

I would not stay here again. The food was not good, but pricey. It is simply not worth the money.
Positives: The view is very nice and is directly behind the beach.
Negatives: It took 25 minutes to check-in. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 5 am. All the guests had to stand outside in the rain. There was no credit given.

Have stayed here several times and if possible, they keep getting better. I would love to have their training and management staff train my employees.
Positives: The courtesy of the entire staff was outstanding.

The hotel was very nice, but I wish the room had a whirlpool tub. The weather turned cold which wasn't the hotel's fault, but warm weather would have made our stay much nicer. The view was great which was the main thing that I was looking for.
Positives: The view of the beach was wonderful. Exactly what I was looking for.
Negatives: The food in the restaurant was not very good. We only ate one time.

Very clean, well positioned on the beach. All rooms have a Great view of the gulf.
Positives: Facilities, room view and location to beach.
Negatives: An elevator went out in my wing for a day and made it hard to get around.

For my short stay there, I had a great experience.
Positives: Everyone was extremely helpful and very friendly from the time we got out of the car.
Negatives: The beds were a little bit too firm for some of my group.

This hotel is wonderful and I would highly recommend it to everyone. It is convenient to shopping, dining, etc. However, with the restaurants and shopping boutique at the hotel you actually would not have to go anywhere else during your stay. The beach is beautiful - very well maintained. Looking for a place to stay - go to period beach resort.

Very family oriented, great location to all the sights in that area, beach front is very convenient and kept clean, ocean front view makes for a beautiful wake up. Still doing some remodeling from "Ivan" but mostly unnoticeable. Great location if you're trying to avoid the chaos of more commercialized cities i.e. Panama city. Hotel staff and facilities were worth the price and upgrade.

Overall, this hotel is perfect for a family stay at the beach. We were there at Spring Break time and were happy to be free from beer-drinking' frat boys. The hotel building itself is beautiful and clean. The pool was nice and had an indoor portion that was heated and only 3 feet deep--perfect for small children. We'll be back!

Negatives: The concierge was a bit snobby. Every time we asked her a question, she acted like it was the most stupid question on earth.
