Good location off Interstate, safe location, very nice staff, nice rooms. What a deal for this quality hotel. Takes about 45-50 minutes to drive to Auburn from hotel.

Positives: Clean, updated rooms & their suites so nice and roomy.

Negatives: No complaints.

Undergoing renovation which causes some inconvenience, but it's a great hotel. There was no noise from renovation. A great hotel stay.

Positives: Love the workspace of the suite style room.

Negatives: Paying for parking and would prefer heavier snacks at manager's happy hour.

Good overall stay. Did not like that I had to pay $13 for parking over the 2 days. Also had to pay to use internet. No hot water in the shower. Nice, clean, comfy beds. Hotel staff were very helpful. Great breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks.

Positives: Breakfast buffet was great.

Negatives: No hot water in shower. Hot tub not adult friendly. Had to pay for parking.

I stayed here before and it was okay. This time the hotel had a major problem with burning, noxious fumes.

Positives: It was made of brick.

Negatives: It smelled of chemicals!

Friendly staff in a clean environment! Beds are very comfortable and breakfast is awesome! Free drinks during happy hour were also a plus. We have made this our stop three straight years on our way to Florida, and we will definitely be staying there again.

Positives: Everyone is so nice and the rooms are huge!

Negatives: Pillows are mushy and small.

Relatively clean, but dated. Does not meet the expectations of an Embassy Suites hotel.

Positives: This was once a nice hotel, but is clearly dated.

Negatives: The room was very noisy and the room rate did not include parking or Internet.

Awesome hotel and the ambiance, respectful and courteous staff, ( especially housekeeping staff), food, rooms, convenience to everything, high quality of people( guests were respectful to each other, also as well as the staff( especially housekeeping).

Positives: Awesome is the word. staff was great, especially housekeeping. The staff kept areas clean and stocked with a variety of foods.

We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites and especially liked it the rate that we received. It was also nice to have the complimentary breakfast.

Positives: The hotel was very comfortable and always, enjoyed the included breakfast.

Negatives: It's a small thing, but the bananas at breakfast were very, very soft.

Overall great hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable beds, clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast and manager's reception in the evening. I had never had to pay extra for parking or internet access before, though. The charges for internet in the room were excessive at $9.99 per night.

Positives: Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a good breakfast.

Negatives: Had to pay extra ( $5 per night) for parking and internet (9.99 per night).

Wonderful hotel with a staff that is ready to help with anything. Free hot breakfast and managers reception plus cleanliness and size of rooms make this hotel my favorite!

Positives: I love Embassy Suites! Their staff is helpful and rooms and amenities are wonderful.

Negatives: Not sure about the location. Not many restaurants or maybe we just didn't find them.

Our room was really nice and we had plenty of room. The breakfast buffet included made to order omelets and pancakes. My mom was really impressed with the buffet. It was fairly easy to find from the freeway.

Positives: Breakfast buffet was really nice, and complimentary evening drinks was nice.

Negatives: The pool was really dirty.

We were charged a fee for parking. If we wanted to use the internet there was a fee for that. These are things that should be included in the hotel price. I will not book here again. These are usually free at other hotels.

Positives: The size of the room was very comfortable.

Negatives: The hidden fees!

Beautiful, downtown- perfect location! Rooms were excellent, feather pillows, squeaky clean- even the soap smelled nice!

Positives: Happy hour and omelet brunch included with the room!

Negatives: Parking $5 a day.

This seems like a fancy hotel but honestly it wasn't much better than smaller cheaper hotels I've stayed in. Everything costs extra (parking, internet in the room), and the restaurant is awful in their treatment of people with food allergies. There's free drinks 5-7 pm which is nice, but since there's nowhere to eat in the vicinity it's useless for those with families, and the bartenders don't like to give non-alcoholic drinks to kids. Broken TVs in the room make life difficult and the pool has tiny little towels that aren't enough to dry one leg so after swimming you're forced to walk through busy lobby in wet bathing suits. Unpleasant. Breakfast is okay and free but much too busy. I'd rather have paid. They could at least have put out additional coffee stations so one doesn't have to wait in the same long line so many times.

Positives: Front desk staff, pool, and spacious room.

Negatives: Old TVs that barely worked (one's captioning was disabled).

This hotel was outstanding - The location, staff , service in the dining room, quality of food etc. The room was excellent. I have never stayed at a Embassy before but will now and would also recommend all Embassy Suites to all I come in contact with. Priceline would serve it's self and the clients best by just using all Embassy Suites.

Positives: Everything about Embassy - it was better than any Hilton or Hyatt stayed at!

Negatives: Nothing.

It was pleasant to stay at this clean, busy and somewhat dated Embassy Suites hotel. Self parking is around $5-6 per night.

Positives: Free cooked breakfast with custom prepared omlettes.

Negatives: Could use some updating to make the place brighter.

The hotel looked nice overall, particularly the public areas. The cocktail reception and breakfast were very nice. Unfortunately the room did not meet my expectations for a 3-star hotel. The rooms had glass glasses, which all appeared dirty, there was mold in the shower, and the temperature of the room was hard to change. There was a thermostat, but when you changed the temp it never seemed to change in the room, it was way too hot. Also, some of the channels on the TV did not work - maintenance said they were working on it, but it was not resolved during my stay. The bed was quite comfortable, a definite plus!

Positives: The free cocktail hour and breakfast were great. Hotel public spaces very nice.

Negatives: Couldn't control room temp, mold in shower, dirty glasses in room.

I love this hotel and I will look for Embassy Suites wherever I travel. The rooms are large and clean and comfortable. The lobby is beautiful. The food was great and the staff was overly friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at an Embassy Suites and this stay in Montgomery was no exception.

Positives: The lobby was beautiful, free cocktails and breakfast, spacious and clean rooms.

Negatives: Absolutely nothing!

Friendly staff and a great restaurant inside. The breakfast bar was always cold no matter what time I arrived downstairs. However, the made to order omelets were great. The night time snacks were also a treat.

Positives: Great restaurant!

Negatives: Bad bed pillows too soft not a good sleep.

The self check in was a little odd, but there was also a human available. The breakfast was okay, but mainly dried up leftovers by the time we ate. No meats or pastries. It shouldn't have mattered that we were late risers (10:00), it still should have been kept up better for this type of facility. Still, we would stay here again because the quality of the rooms is what we like.

Positives: Seemed to be recently renovated, the bedding was great and didn't creep me out.

Negatives: The air conditioning did not work and the room was hot and stuffy.
