Very nice for the price. Especially clean and good looking compared to comparable hotels in San Francisco. Very knowledgeable staff about the area. Pretty good coffee and excellent muffins for breakfast. Rooms a bit small but certainly adequate. Nicely decorated.

Positives: Nice,

Negatives: $30 valet fee.

This hotel was really nice as far as cleanliness and location. There were no real problems except I was not aware that the rooms had community toilets and showers. They were very clean and well-kept just was not expecting this. Also, just understand this is an old hotel and the rooms are small and the walls are thin. Overall, we had a great stay.

Positives: Great location and clean.

Negatives: Not being informed properly of facilities and amenities.

Nice hotel. Rooms are small, but they're clean and comfortable. You could hear other guest's TVs or blow dryers once in a while, and the street noise got a bit loud at night, but it wasn't unbearable. We liked the place for the price we paid, and the 24 hour $30 parking deal was nice. Great bar and restaurant also. Muffins and coffee were good and simple. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt that we got an excellent deal through Priceline.

Positives: We liked the cleanliness and zen like decor. The window seat was nice, and the sample products came in handy. $30 parking great!

Negatives: We weren't used to the street noise, but hey, it's SF. The room is small, but still cozy. Would have liked a bigger breakfast choice. Good overall!

Great value. All information on Priceline and the Hotel's website were true and accurate. Entrance and lobby are clean and safe. Room was small but very clean and nicely appointed. I liked the "green" toiletries. I was a little confused about the stereo...who carries CD's anymore?

Positives: Older building, completely modern interior.

Negatives: Hallway noise a little disturbing.

Comfortable, clean and well maintained hotel. Good bed. Plenty of eateries and restaurants nearby. Staff not attentive or very friendly - but they did respond adequately when asked to assist. No fridge or microwave I think this is typical of west coast. I would stay there again, happily.

Positives: Very neat, clean and functional.

Negatives: Staff not very friendly. No refrigerator.

This place is clean, comfortable and convenient. The decor is unique and tasteful. The staff is capable, but seemed pretty distracted.

Positives: The decor was attractive.

Negatives: The staff was somewhat absent.

The bar/resturant next door was pretty cool, the rooms were clean and charming. Overall it was a good experience. Tons of shopping, but it's all stores that you can go to back at home, nothing unique. A<BR/>lot of hagglers and even though we were on the 7th floor, it was extremely noisy (honking, power washing, drilling, etc.).

Positives: Great value, clean cute rooms, close to public transportation.

Negatives: Right in the middle of the noisy shopping district!

Staff was very friendly, but the room was much smaller than was expected. Although San Francisco is not a hot city, I was unprepared to sleep in a hotel without air conditioning. The room smelled moldy to me, which is pretty bad because I am hard of smelling. If you have even average sense of smell, you will find the odor offensive.

Positives: staff was friendly.

Negatives: Room was too small, no air conditioning, room smelled.

Positives: The friendly &amp; knowledgeable receptionist.

Negatives: Very small room.

It's a great hotel. It's in a cool old building. The rooms are neat, but small. It's location is immediately off of market street and right next to a BART terminal, making it literally steps from your plane. The staff was very helpful. But if you want a hotel that provides you with activities inside the facility then this is not the place for you. If you are looking to see San Francisco, then you can't beat what you're getting for the price.

Positives: It has a fantastic location, clean rooms, and a great price.

Negatives: It was great, but it's really just a clean place to sleep.

2 twin room was tiny. Not enough room for 2 people with luggage. Beds were reasonably comfortable, place was clean, and attentive staff.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Bathroom sink was a joke nearly unusable.

Negatives: Little bed, but they were Comfortable at least!

This hotel is very victorian on the outside and completely modern on the inside. So pleasantly surprised with the room.

Positives: Beautiful design, convenient location.

Negatives: Confusing light/fan switch.

Super value. Our room was very quiet. Think state room on a large ship. The room is big enough to swing a cat -- if it is manx. I will be happy to go back. Location. Nice TV on wall.

Positives: Quiet and super value.

Negatives: No AC, windows did not open.

I really enjoy my stay, the staff was very helpful. I stayed with my 15 year old daughter and we were all day walking around town, we were not much in the hotel. The room was very, very small, but cozy. However, it was great for us. Flat screen TV, radio, private bathroom, just perfect for the price and our needs.

Positives: Excellent location and price, and good coffee and muffins.

Negatives: Parking is expensive, and a pain to be waiting for the valet to bring the car, but it's imposible to park on the street around the hotel.

Clean, small but comfortable rooms, only problem was noise from street and local bars - ask for a room on upper floors or facing quiet street.

Positives: Breakfast - muffins, coffee.

Negatives: Street noise and nearby disco - needed earplugs to sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mosser Hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the petit breakfast was an extra perk, and you can't beat it for the convenience. Love the location - right off the Bart, near Union Square and shopping. I had loads of fun. The only down side was that the walls are a little thin. Don't expect privacy. Since I'm kind of quiet myself, it didn't worry me. But really nice hotel, nice facilities would recommend it and would stay there again!

Positives: Convenience. Close to Bart line and Union Square.

Negatives: The walls are a little thin.

Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is well located for getting around the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, albeit small, but very functional for two of us. The extra $29/day for parking the car (and we didn't move it until we left) seems a bit high, but it is in downtown.

Positives: Location is terrific; staff was very friendly and helpful.

Negatives: Nothing to report.

I paid for parking. No cd player and iron. The room was tiny (enough for the 2 of us, we only stayed overnight) but very small. Outside noise (including traffic) was audible from our room on the 6th floor. I would recommend this hotel for its location, however, not for its creature comforts.

Positives: It was close to everything in downtown S.F.

Negatives: Most of the hotel amenities were not available.

This hotel is good for only one person. anything more than one can not fit into the room, let alone we two adults and one child. There is not even place to add a rollaway bed, or simply sleep on the floor. No place to put your traveling bags. This is the first time I see such a tiny space.

Positives: Location is the best.

Negatives: This room is like a closet.

The hotel was worth the $. Extremely small, but cute and quaint as well. The shower/bathroom was fine, clean, and hotel staff helpful and friendly. Valet parking for $29 was the cheapest we could find, provided by hotel. Only problem, car returned with scuff and scratch marks, not sure if parking garage or other where and what happened.

Positives: Great location for the hotel, anything I needed or wanted was in walking distance.

Negatives: A lot of street noise where my room was, difficult to sleep.
