Negatives: Too many to list.
Comments: Mold on walls, carpets were not vacuumed, no wash cloths, tear in very thin sheet, and poor reception on TV. In two nights did not fix all of the problems.

Positives: Nice look to the hotel, good property.
Negatives: Huge property, long wait at check-in.
Comments: Hotel is grossly understaffed. I waited over 40 minutes to get checked in. The nice thing is that the manager was trying to help. There must have been multiple events and/or conferences at the time as it was extremely crowded and noisy. The grounds were very nice and each area had a pool. That is good when dealing with the crowds they had.

Positives: Had everything a 3 star hotel should have.
Negatives: Wall AC.
Comments: A quality 3 star hotel.
Mon 12 Apr 2010
Positives: Good last minute hotel.
Negatives: Pool and public outdoor areas could be cleaner.
Comments: Traveled last minute at Spring Break. Needed a place but only for one night. Was Ok but not someplace I would pick if I had the choice.

Positives: Good location.
Negatives: $10.00 resort fee.
Comments: Hotel lobby was nice. Check in was fast, staff was nice and helpful. There was a $ 10.00 resort fee, waste of money, I would not consider this a resort. Pool was not heated. Rooms were clean, linens old, shower was a stall, not good for babies or small children. No ventilation in the bathrooms. A/C was a unit in the room and took a long time to cool off. Overall good location, close to Disney and clean.

Positives: Location was very convenient to the wide world of sports complex.
Negatives: Building was a bit older and had a smell to it. The security guard at night was always grumpy when driving through.
Comments: Our hotel stay was nice. We got a great deal for the room. Unfortunately there was no refrigerator or microwave available
for us. The hotel cleaning staff was very good. The front desk and the front area (eating area) seemed cold and uninviting. Not very friendly. The pool was clean and warm. My son loved the pool. Nice room for the deal we got.

Positives: Good location.
Negatives: Buildings (other than entrance building) & rooms are rundown.
Comments: This hotel definitely was not at the appropriate star quality and it most definitely should not be considered a resort hotel. We were charged resort fees on top of the cost of the hotel. We were also locked out of our room 3 times - twice because the lock itself malfunctioned & once (at midnight) because our key cards malfunctioned. Also, our safe was opened without our consent. Thankfully, nothing was taken. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Positives: Close to Disney.
Negatives: Staff is unhelpful.
Comments: Check in was quick. Security guard at gate from 5 pm until 10 pm. Room was OK. Sheets don't fit. AC did not work. Sounded like a 747 taking off. Transportation to theme parks was sketchy. Only had two pick up's. Last pick up came early and left early. Last night we were there a private party rented out the floor below us. Music shook the mirror on the wall. At 12pm I went outside to see an employee sitting on a golf cart. I asked him if there was anyway they could turn the music down I have a little boy trying to sleep. He responded, that they paid more for the night, than I did my entire stay. A little while later I spoke with a local sheriffs deputy was driving through and was informed there was nothing I can do. I would not stay there or allow anyone I know to.

Positives: Comfortable beds, pillows and
Negatives: Not sound proof so that TV and hallways noise was bothersome.
Comments: This is an adequate, somewhat bare bones hotel. Only a shower, few amenities, small soap for bathing, etc. It was clean and comfortable. The only problem for us was that there was inadequate sound proofing. We could hear the TV from next door and noise from teenagers in the hall, but people became quiet after 10:30.
Sat 20 Feb 2010
Positives: Free coffee in room and lobby.
Negatives: There is a $10 resort fee per night. You get
Comments: There is no bath tub, only a shower. Hard to give toddlers a bath in a shower. Staff could be friendlier. Ice machine was broken. Outdoor area was dirty and had some trash lying around. Rooms were nice and clean. Very close to Disney Parks.
Thu 18 Feb 2010
Positives: Front desk friendly
Negatives: Ants in room, nasty closet, room service never made bed.
For the price I paid it was okay, I would not have paid full price. There were ants in room and bathroom. House keeping was standing in the hallway and I returned at 1 pm. Only for them to ask me if I want my room cleaned. I checked out early expressed my concerns, was told I would not be charged the resort fee, only to be charged twice and had to call back to speak with a manager to get it adjusted.
. Horribly hotel and over-rated, would not return no matter what price.
Wed 10 Feb 2010
Positives: Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Negatives: A/C unit did not work mold in room. $10 resort fee.
Got in late and check in was easy. Staff were helpful and accommodated our request for a king room. A bit difficult to find room. Room was worn and dated. Bed was okay but A/C unit smelled of mold and never turned off even when the button was turned to off. Unit was iced over and never produced any cooling or heat. The resort fee (plus tax) was $10 per night.
. They provide no extra services unless you call in-room coffee a major perk.
Thu 28 Jan 2010
Positives: Room was quiet and pleasant.
Negatives: Empty and 'dead'..
Comments: Great location for Disney tourists..clean.. but eerily empty when no convention people there.. felt unsafe at pool area because no one else around.
Fri 22 Jan 2010
Positives: Very close to Disney.
Negatives: Was charged a resort fee!
Comments: The hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly. I was not happy with the bed. It was as hard as a door and they did not have any blankets.
Wed 06 Jan 2010
Negatives: No elevator.
Comments: Internet friendly - definite plus. No elevator, so lugging our luggage up a flight of stairs was no fun. Rooms were older style, but not totally updated or ratty.
Tue 05 Jan 2010
Negatives: Everything, see below.
Comments: We had many problems at this resort. I stayed with my family for 6 nights and were constantly at the front desk trying to get an array of problems solved with little luck. Our room was just okay. The security latch on the door was broken, the bathroom smelled of mildew, the TV remote worked occasionally and the room was not cleaned daily and our telephone did not work for the entire stay. About the only good thing about this hotel was the shuttle to Disney World which was always over crowded with passengers having to stand. The worst was the constant smell of natural gas in the corridors. Oh, how could I forget that the ice machines and soda machines were not operational throughout the entire stay. Our lock was fixed but none of the other problems were addressed after many trips to the lobby (couldn't call because no working phone in room and front desk did not answer when calling from our cell). Very noisy with teens playing ball and running and screaming in the halls after 11:00 pm. Too cold to use the outdoor pool.
