You definitely get your money's worth and more! I will look for an Embassy Suite in every place I travel!
Positives: The suite gave us a room for the kids (sofa bed), plenty of space, indoor pool, made to order breakfast, and the manager's reception.
Negatives: Absolutely nothing!

Would recommend this hotel, the rooms were nice and clean, wish they had more channels on TV.
Positives: The indoor atrium was nice and soothing.

Once are room was corrected, the remainder of stay we had no complaints. Beds were very comfortable. Maid service was prompt and efficient.

Was awakened at 2 am and again at 6am from the room next door. They were very loud and vulgar I was actually afraid. The hotel was much further from the airport than I expected and the shuttle only ran on the hour. Very disappointing.

Ok hotel. I have stayed in better embassy suites. Rooms are ok but not great. Property feels old.

There were a group of young people raising all kinds of noise during the late hours of the night. When we contacted the front desk they said that they would send security to investigate. There was a period thereafter when things quieted down but about an hour later (2:00 am) the noise recurred, affecting our sleep.
Positives: Orchestral design.
Negatives: Noisy, inconsiderate guests.

Convenient to the airport for those that need to catch an early flight but do not want to be too close to the airport and the noise.

In all we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and we would stay there again. The rooms were extremely nice also. They really tried to accommodate us in anyway they could.
Positives: They seemed more than willing to accommodate their guests in any way they could.
Negatives: They had an event going on in the motel and it was really hard to find a place to park.

Nice hotel. The airport shuttle only runs once and hour, also easily confused with another<BR/> airport location. Embassy suites which actually is near the airport and also has an airport shuttle.

We have traveled extensively and this hotel met and surpassed the criteria we were hoping for. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was extremely responsive to several needs we had.
Positives: The front dust staff was responsive to several needs that arose during our stay. Value was outstanding for the price.

I called your customer service on Sunday morning regarding the fact that we did not receive a room with two double beds (as purchased), a huge problem b/c we have three children. I was told that I would hear within 24 hours regarding this issue. I have not yet heard a response. There was no place to sleep for one of us so none of us received any sleep that night.

They actually offered to comp us our room until they saw we had prepaid. What is your guarantee? Lot was full! The night clerk told us (4 women) to go down the road & park. No lights! She said all at party were also registered guests. We asked them and they were not staying there. Horrible!
